Role Description
The Business Development Associate |||| WFH | US is a full-time, remote role focused on driving growth for Bhanzu in the US market. In this position, the associate will identify and qualify leads, conduct market research, and support the development of outreach strategies to expand Bhanzu’s presence among families, schools, and educational partners.



Day-to-day activities include engaging prospective customers via calls, emails, and online presentations, explaining Bhanzu’s offerings, and nurturing relationships through clear and consistent communication. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine sales messaging, track performance metrics, and share market insights that inform product and growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver compelling Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with prospective customers
