About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to build a company from the ground up—not simply join as an employee.
As a founding team member, you'll shape the technical vision, architecture, and engineering culture of Astera while leading the development of Dixi.
This role is ideal for someone excited about AI, product innovation, and solving difficult technical problems while creating something with long-term impact.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build Dixi from MVP to scale.
- Make key technology decisions, including backend,
databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- Integrate AI models and optimize cost, speed, and quality.
- Design systems that protect sensitive user data.
- Collaborate closely on product strategy and feature planning.
- Hire and mentor future engineering team members.
- Establish engineering standards, testing practices, and deployment pipelines.
- Continuously improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
What We're Looking For Required
- Solid software engineering experience.
