Required Experience:

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement).
- Strong technical skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead issue resolution efforts, coordinating and directing junior developers when required.
- Track record of resolving issues quickly and effectively, while ensuring users feel supported through explicit, solution-focused communication.
- Familiarity with integration management and supporting middleware or cloud-based integration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust with business stakeholders and delight users.
