Job Description
As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our scaled agile transformation. You will partner with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to embed agile principles, practices, and mindsets across the organisation. Your mission is to foster high-performing, transparent, and cooperative teams that deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. This role is critical to driving cultural change, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring the successful adoption of a domain-aligned technology operating model. Your success will be measured by improved agile maturity, faster delivery cycles, and enhanced stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities




- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and scaled agile practices.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity.
- Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training.
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and Quarterly Planning to enable scaled delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
- Mentor leaders to strengthen portfolio level agility and drive mindset shift.
- Drive adoption of Lean Portfolio Management practices and enterprise agile tooling.
- Regularly assess and report on agile maturity to inform coaching approaches and improvement plans.
- Advocate for the use of agile metrics and objective measures to track progress and outcomes.
