Documentation Executive (Import & Export)

Location: CBD Belapur

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / B.A. / English Literature or equivalent

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain import & export shipment documentation.
- Handle documentation for LCL/FCL shipments, including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (BL), air waybill (AWB), shipping bill, bill of entry, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Prepare Client Invoices and Agent Invoices.
- Track shipments and ensure timely submission of shipping documents.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain documentation records, compliance documents, and MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy of documents and compliance with import-export regulations.

Required Skills




- Experience in import & export documentation.
- Knowledge of LCL/FCL shipments and shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with BL, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, bill of entry, and delivery order.
- Experience in client & agent invoice preparation.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and logistics partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
