About the Role

As the Offline Execution Head, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of MyGate's offline initiatives across multiple cities. You will be responsible for ensuring every campaign is executed with operational excellence from manpower planning and vendor management to logistics, quality control, and on-ground delivery.





This role demands someone who can build scalable processes, manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems in real time, and lead teams that consistently deliver exceptional execution standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of offline campaigns across multiple cities, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ground operations by working closely with vendors, agencies, internal stakeholders, and field teams.
- Design and implement scalable execution frameworks, SOPs, and operational processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor daily execution metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and proactively resolve on-ground challenges.
