How you ll make an impact:
- Technically lead the technology and product development strategy in the areas of DC grids, distribution network, and energy storage solutions. Create innovative products, systems, and solutions in anticipation of technology and product strategy.




- Oversee the implementation of the strategy and the culture required for the employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level. Introducing disruptive ideas to RD operations and initiate technology and product development setup.
- Provide technical and analytical leadership and guidance to the cross functional team including RD
- Form or be part of forming the technology / product development team and ensure team alignment with business strategy and drive performance and development. Participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.
- Prepare technical specifications and specifying laboratory test equipment and processes. Make and/or review design artefacts for products, systems, and solutions. Coordinate pilot-plant or initial production runs on current products or processes.
