Role Description
The Head of Innovation is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving the innovation agenda across products, services,



and processes at ABHICL. This role involves identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends, and translating them into differentiated health insurance and wellness offerings. The Head of Innovation will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate with R&D;, product, technology, and operations teams, and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects from concept to implementation. Key responsibilities include setting innovation strategy, building a robust idea pipeline, establishing governance for experimentation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role also requires fostering a culture of innovation, mentoring team members, and engaging with external partners, startups, and industry bodies to co-create solutions that support ABHICL’s mission of enabling better health outcomes.
