Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Private Equity Fund Accounting

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Senior Credit Fund Accounting Team in a mid level role. This position will oversee all closed-ended fund accounting operations, working closely with the client’s Fund Administrators, Relationship Managers, and Operations Heads within the U.S. The team is responsible for providing comprehensive fund accounting services for closed-ended funds.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, specifically within the financial services sector. Private equity experience is mandatory,



along with a strong understanding of the Private Equity Fund industry and a proven track record in leading and managing teams successfully. Experience with Investran and other accounting platforms would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fund administrators and team members, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of fund accounting services.
- Manage a variety of funds, including Private Equity and Private Equity Direct Funds.
- Handle complex P&L; allocations across multiple entities within fund structures.
- Assist teams in performing waterfall calculations and ensure their accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with mandated operational procedures and checklists.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
- Oversee task allocation and delegation to ensure optimal team efficiency.
