About Lanes and Tales

Some brands sell destinations. We’re building stories people want to be part of.

Lanes and Tales creates thoughtfully curated, women-only group journeys for travellers who want more than an itinerary. Our first journey is to South Korea.

We’re looking for our first content hire—someone who can help shape how women discover us, trust us and dream with us.

What You’ll Do
- Brainstorm Reels, carousels, stories and content series
- Shoot and edit short-form videos
- Create content that increases reach and engagement
- Turn travel ideas and cultural moments into compelling stories
- Spot trends, test current formats and help plan social content

Some days may involve brainstorming over coffee. Others may involve filming, editing,



researching Korea or trying a slightly ridiculous idea just to see if it works.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:
- Loves Instagram and short-form storytelling
- Can shoot and edit videos confidently
- Has strong creative and visual instincts
- Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Is based in Bangalore and available for in-person shoots

Prior experience is not mandatory. Personal projects, college work and experimental content all count.
