Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Pune based AV tech to join our AV Services in Global Technology & Operations.





Team/Group Description
This is a full time, Pune based role that will interact with all AB businesses and will be working with all of Alliance Bernstein's existing and future audio-visual technology, such as Zoom, Polycom, Black Magic Design etc.

Role Description
This full time AV tech is a key role for our firm providing excellent AV service and support (both independently and also in collaborative environments) with a focus on excellent customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Client Support
- Customer service is key
- Must be skilled in emails as well as face to face meetings

Shared Inbox and Slack Communication
- Utilizing our shared AV inbox to keep track of meeting requests, room issues, virtual Zoom support, etc.
- Utilizing our team Slack channels to communicate proficiently
- Provide updates to the team on any issues that may arise
