Are you a creative powerhouse who can design eye-catching graphics, edit engaging videos, and grow a brand's social presence? Hachion is looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team and take our organic social media to the next level.

Our Mission:
Drive brand awareness, increase followers, and boost engagement through stunning visuals and compelling video content across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Video Editing: Produce and edit short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Follower Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
- Content Strategy: Plan and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and cultural trends
- Community Management:



Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build an active community
- Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics (Meta, YouTube Studio, etc.) to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep Hachion's content fresh and competitive

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Graphics Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to write engaging captions and platform-native content
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with analytics tools and using data to improve performance
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote, rapid-paced environment
