Health & Wellness Manager

What You'll Do

✔ Drive membership sales through enquiries, referrals, outreach programmes, corporate tie-ups, and promotional campaigns.

✔ Generate current business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets.

✔ Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and counselling to follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and member retention.

✔ Build partnerships with corporates, residential communities, healthcare professionals, schools,



and wellness organizations.

✔ Plan and execute fitness events, wellness workshops, health camps, and promotional activities.

✔ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

✔ Lead, mentor, and supervise fitness trainers, front office executives, and support staff.

✔ Ensure operational excellence, equipment maintenance, hygiene, safety standards, and member satisfaction.

✔ Monitor business performance through MIS, reports, and analytics while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

✅
Experience:
4–8 years in the
Health, Fitness, Wellness, Gym, Sports, Lifestyle, or Healthcare industry
, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

✅ Proven success in membership sales, business development, and revenue genera
