Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Surat. The Legal Executive will assist in handling intellectual property matters, including preparing and filing applications for trademarks, industrial designs, and copyrights. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining case files, coordinating with clients and authorities, and supporting enforcement actions and dispute resolution. The Legal Executive will also conduct legal research, monitor deadlines,



and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while collaborating with senior legal professionals.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of intellectual property and commercial legal practices.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal paperwork.
- Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice under supervision to support clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of Property Law and Conveyancing for handling related transactional and registration work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is an advantage.
- Valuable research, analytical, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple matters, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
