Job Summary -

The Plant Quality Head will be responsible for leading the overall quality function of manufacturing plants, ensuring world-class quality standards across all manufacturing processes. The role requires strong leadership to manage a team of Quality Managers and drive continuous improvement,



customer satisfaction, and compliance with applicable quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities -
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Managers to achieve plant quality objectives.
- Establish and implement quality strategies, systems, and procedures across the plant.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control throughout machining, fabrication, material inspection, heat treatment, chrome plating, assembly, coating, painting and dispatch.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using contemporary manufacturing practices and quality tools.
- Monitor quality performance, investigate complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Erection & Commissioning team to improve product quality and manufacturin
