Position description: Orchestrating brand promotion initiatives, developing creative campaigns, and leveraging analytics to elevate the YouTube channel's visibility and audience engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute mid-level brand promotion strategies on YouTube, aligning initiatives with overall organizational objectives and brand positioning.
- Develop and refine channel positioning and messaging strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across YouTube content.
- Implement strategies to enhance audience engagement, including contests, interactive features, and community-building activities, fostering a loyal viewer base.
- Collaborate with content creators and production teams to align content with brand messaging, ensuring synergy between promotional efforts and content delivery.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), audience feedback, and brand sentiment on YouTube,



providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, social media, and analytics teams to integrate YouTube brand promotion initiatives into broader cross-channel campaigns.
- Identify and foster partnerships with YouTube influencers and collaborators to amplify brand visibility and credibility within the platform's community.
- Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and product launches on YouTube, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Explore opportunities for content sponsorship and integration within YouTube channels, aligning with brand promotion objectives and maintaining authenticity.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all YouTube promotional content, aligning with established brand guidelines.
