Analyst - Delivery - Business Analyst(BA)

The Business Analyst serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the internal delivery team, translating business needs into clear, structured scope documentation and helping ensure alignment between delivery outcomes and customer expectations. The role is responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for SharePoint-based solutions, including the preparation of user stories and functional requirements to ensure that requirements are complete, actionable, and enable successful delivery.

Work you'll do

As a Software Engineer I on the CoRe Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Support requirement gathering by engaging customers and stakeholders through calls, follow-ups, review sessions, interviews, surveys, and document analysis.
- Capture, document, and organize business, functional, and process requirements for SharePoint-based solutions, and prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and requirement summaries.
- Draft project scope documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria,



and backlog-ready requirements to support estimation, planning, development, and delivery readiness.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, close documentation gaps, and support alignment across design, development, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify requirement gaps, unresolved decisions, and unclear scope early; escalate issues before build activities begin; and maintain current process and workflow documentation.
