About the job:
Sportsiaa is building India's first integrated sports ecosystem. We've designed a scalable model. We're now looking for a Co-Founder to own everything that turns that product into a growing, revenue-generating business: sales, marketing, growth, and go-to-market execution.

The Role:
As Co-Founder, you will be the commercial engine of Sportsiaa responsible for franchise partner acquisition, student/parent acquisition, brand building, and scaling revenue across multiple streams. You'll work directly with the Founder to set strategy and own execution end-to-end, with full P&L; accountability for growth. This is a true co-founder role, not a hire equity-based compensation, shared decision-making, and a seat at the table for fundraising, hiring, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth, Marketing & Brand, Growth & Revenue and Strategic & Operational:
* Co-own company strategy, hiring, and culture as a founding team member.

* Represent Sportsiaa to investors during seed and future fundraising rounds.





* Build and lead the sales/marketing team as we scale from 5 to 150+ locations.

Experience:
* 15+ years in sales, marketing, growth, or general management — startup, franchise, D2C, or B2B/B2C hybrid businesses strongly preferred.

* Proven track record building or scaling a sales pipeline, dealer/franchise network, or partner acquisition motion from scratch.

* Hands-on experience with D2C/marketplace growth is a robust plus.

* Comfortable owning a P&L; and being measured on revenue, not just activity.

* A genuine sports/coaching/fitness background is a nice-to-have signal of passion, not a requirement; the Founder already covers deep sports/coaching domain expertise, so we're optimizing for commercial/franchise-scaling chops over industry pedigree.

* Based in or willing to relocate to West Bengal (Kolkata) for hands-on, ground-level execution in the early phase.
