What You’ll Do:
- Site Leadership:
Supervise daily on-site execution, including civil, MEP, carpentry, and architectural finishing.
- Commercial Control:
Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, BOQ-based quotations, and certify contractor bills.
- Vendor Management:
Source materials, track local market rates, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the vital link between contractors,



architects, vendors, and retail brand teams.
- Quality Assurance:
Ensure all site work strictly adheres to design drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Education:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail/commercial interior fit-outs.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills:
Strong communication (English/Hindi), solid negotiation tactics, and the ability to solve on-site challenges efficiently.
