As a Senior Analyst Engineer II at ICON, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing engineering processes and systems to support our cutting-edge projects and operational objectives. You will contribute to advancing our engineering capabilities through sophisticated analysis, solution development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting in-depth analyses of engineering systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborating with project teams to design and implement engineering solutions that align with organizational goals and technical requirements.




- Overseeing the development and validation of engineering models and simulations to ensure they meet accuracy and performance standards.
- Providing expert recommendations based on data analysis to optimize engineering practices and drive project success.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to integrate best practices into engineering processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and application support activities.
- Work with cloud-based solutions and contribute to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices throughout the software developme
