Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, especially in a C2H (Contract-to-Hire) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), social media, and networking.
- Screen candidates through calls and validate technical and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate data and track candidate status using internal trackers and sheets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.




- Handle salary negotiations and ensure candidate closure.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure smooth conversion of selected candidates into successful onboardings.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Exposure to C2H hiring is mandatory/preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and closure skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (especially Naukri).
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking.
