JOB DESCRIPTION MARKET RESEARCH – TELE CALLING INTERN

Role and Responsibilities:

• Employment Type - Internship (6 months)

• Work Mode - Work from Home

• Location – Gurugram / Mumbai

• Experience – 0 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Building database and conduct CATI-based telephone surveys with respondents.

• Probe effectively to obtain detailed and accurate responses.

• Record and update survey responses in the designated software system.

• Develop and maintain a personal database of respondents for outreach and survey participation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's & master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Robust analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
