Position : System Administrator & DevOps

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Workdays : Monday to Friday [ All 5 days work from office only]

Office Timing : 10.00 am to 7.30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. User & IT Support
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Manage user accounts, access, and onboarding/offboarding using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and business applications.
- Track and resolve issues through the IT ticketing system.

2. Server & Infrastructure Management
- Administer Windows and Linux servers across Production, Staging, and Development environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, website outages, service failures, and storage issues.
- Perform server maintenance, patching, backups, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage Microsoft Azure and VMware environments.

3. Development Support




- Support website deployments and production releases.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IIS, SQL Server, Azure, Plesk, and application hosting.
- Collaborate with development teams and support GitHub/TFS deployment processes.

4. Security & Monitoring
- Monitor RMM, antivirus, and security tools.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and apply security updates.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and follow IT standard operating procedures.

Required Skills
- Microsoft Azure & VMware
- Windows Server, IIS & SQL Server
- Active Directory & Microsoft 365
- Linux (Apache, NGINX, MySQL, PHP)
- GitHub / Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Plesk, Azure Monitor, and security tools (preferred)
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
