CMS Intern (WordPress Content Management)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CMS Intern to support the maintenance and content management of our WordPress websites. This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in website management, content publishing, digital marketing support, and WordPress administration.

The selected candidate will work closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and developers to ensure website content remains accurate, up-to-date, visually consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management
- Update and maintain website content using the WordPress CMS.
- Create, edit, and publish pages,



blog posts, announcements, and other website content.
- Upload and manage images, videos, documents, and other digital assets.
- Format content to ensure consistency, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Review website content regularly to identify outdated information and make necessary updates.

Website Maintenance
- Assist in maintaining website structure, menus, categories, and navigation.
- Ensure published content displays correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Monitor websites for broken links, formatting issues, and content errors.
- Support basic website quality assurance (QA) and testing activities before content goes live.

SEO & Content Optimization
- Apply basic SEO best practices while publishing content.
- Update page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and internal links.
- Assist in improving content organization and discoverability across
