Location: Gurgaon (In office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on Experience) + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients over calls, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective US-based clients.

* Understand customer requirements and explain company services effectively.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Achieve daily and monthly targets.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects.

Eligibility

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.





* Prior experience in international calling, telecalling, customer support, or US process is an advantage.

* Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

* Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude.
