Role & responsibilities

1. Guide the Proposal Team on process design, sizing calculations, design scheme.

2. Able to handle big value enquiry independently with timely deliverables

3. Understand customers requirements

4. Guide proposal Engineers to work on Tenders

5. Guide proposal Team in Offer preparation, BOQ preparation.

6. Meeting consultants for technical discussions

7. Meeting customers for technical discussions

8. Based on feedback, analyse the issues and rework on the requirements

9. Visit sites

10. Continuous updation on market, products & Solutions wrt WTP & WWTP knowhow and to be part of Ion Exchange Team.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Lead the Team

2. Using General Aptitude for understanding the Water & Waste Water

3. Very good Presentation skills

4. Positive Communication both Verbal and Written

5. Able to understand contracts, Tenders

6. Process Knowledge of various Industry

7. Understand able to work on emerging technologies.

8. Team Player

9. Willing to travel All India
