About the Role

AerX Labs India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking,



and office IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and workstations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and office applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points. Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV/IP cameras, biometric devices, and access control systems.
- Support printers, scanners, conference room equipment, and other office peripherals.
- Configure email accounts, user accounts, passwords, and shared network resources.
- Perform software installations, system updates, antivirus management, and routine maintenance.
