Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

is inviting applications for the position of Manager – HR. We are looking for a skilled and professional HR Manager who can take ownership of core HR functions and contribute to building a positive and performance driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution professionally
- Ensure HR policies and workplace standards are effectively implemented
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate performance management and employee development processes
- Maintain HR records and support compliance requirements
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across teams




- Support leadership in achieving people and culture objectives
- Ensure smooth HR operations while driving employee engagement, compliance, and a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:
- 4 to 7 years of relevant HR experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee relations
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Organized, proactive, and people-oriented approach
