Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Artsays.in. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding processes. They will help with drafting and organizing HR documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The role may also involve scheduling interviews, responding to basic HR inquiries, assisting with benefits-related communication,



and contributing to HR-related reports and data tracking. The position offers practical exposure to HR management in a digital, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Robust organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comfort with using digital tools and HR software; proficiency in MS Office or similar applications is an advantage.
