Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and provide friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company standards.
- Interact with guests professionally and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
- Ensure accurate measuring, mixing, and presentation of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Monitor bar inventory and inform the manager about stock shortages.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately, if required.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.




- Assist in opening and closing bar duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or lounge.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
