Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum environments, a solid understanding of Azure DevOps and Jira, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an emerging project or program management professional looking to grow within a dynamic and rapid-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Coordination
- Support the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise programs and initiatives.
- Assist Program Managers in managing project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.




- Facilitate project governance activities and maintain project documentation.

Agile Delivery Management
- Support Agile teams in the adoption and execution of Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor sprint progress and track delivery metrics.
- Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.

Azure DevOps & Jira Administration
- Maintain project boards, work items, epics, features, stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Generate and distribute project dashboards and progress reports.
- Ensure accurate tracking of project status, dependencies, issues, and risks.
- Support workflow configuration and process improvements within project management tools.

Stakeholder Management
- Prepare status updates, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
- Escalate risks
