Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Preet Vihar, covering positions across Operations, Service, Kitchen, Cashier, Captain, Counter Staff, Utility, and Management. Day-to-day responsibilities may include greeting and serving guests, taking orders, managing tables, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Team members in kitchen and utility roles support food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, handle dishwashing, and assist in inventory handling as required.



Cashiers and counter staff manage billing, cash and digital payments, and coordinate takeaway and delivery orders accurately. Management and operations staff oversee shift scheduling, staff coordination, adherence to standard operating procedures, handling guest feedback, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies.

Qualifications
- Customer service and hospitality skills, including polite communication, guest handling, and a professional attitude.
- Basic food handling and hygiene awareness, with the ability to follow kitchen and cleaning procedures.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale operation skills for roles involving billing and counter management.
