• Develop and maintain procedures and sequences for field and manufacturing for building, upgrading, diagnosing, swapping, and recovery of modules, all aimed at minimizing cycle time in the factory and maximizing system availability;

• Responsible for the definition of cross-project deliverables including the alignment with the factory on quality and timing;

• Support the development of current tooling for analyzing cycle time, availability, and reliability data, and subsequently use this tooling to perform cycle time, availability, and reliability analyses;

• Design reviews to secure manufacturability and serviceability.

• Support the reporting of engineering deliverables at relevant key decision moments and look for opportunities to improve,



automate this kind of reporting;

• Deliver knowledge transfers and training for all changes;

• Interface with many departments and stakeholders within the customer.

Technical Authoring Scope of services

Create and update technical documentation according to ASML Guidelines and Standards.

Create and update illustrations according to ASML Guidelines and Standards.

Follow input provided by Industrial Engineers for the documentation creation process.

Collaborate with other Technical Authors in the team, to receive or provide input.
