We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix Developer with strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, ITOM, integrations, workflows, and platform migrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and customizing BMC Helix solutions and preferably have experience in ServiceNow to BMC Helix migration projects.

Requirements
- 68+ years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB development, configuration, and implementation.
- 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise ITSM platform development and implementation.
- Robust expertise in BMC Helix ITSM modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix CMDB, including data modeling, CI lifecycle management, reconciliation, normalization, relationship mapping, and CMDB administration.
- Experience with BMC Helix Discovery, Discovery patterns, service modeling,



dependency mapping, and automated CI population.
- Strong experience in BMC Helix ITOM, including Event Management, Monitoring, Automation, Orchestration, and Operations Management.
- Experience in workflow development, Digital Workplace, approvals, business rules, runbooks, and process automation.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, ETL processes, data reconciliation, normalization, and CMDB data quality management.
- Strong integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Webhooks, Middleware, Atrium Integrator, Pentaho Spoon, or other ETL tools.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale BMC Helix implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects, including ServiceNow to BMC Helix migration or other ITSM platform migrations.

Preferred
- BMC Helix ITSM or BMC Helix CMDB certifications.
- Experience with BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Innovation Suite, Smart IT, or Helix
