About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with MSMEs, introduce them to our payment solutions, generate leads, build relationships, and support merchant onboarding. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales with a strong opportunity for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.

Understand customer requirements and payment challenges.

Explain product features, onboarding process, and commercial terms.

Build robust relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Support documentation and onboarding.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant activation.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve product positioning.

Eligibility:

Pursuing or recently completed graduation.





Strong interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, or FinTech.

Good communication skills in English and any one of Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of business operations.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Self-motivated with an ownership mindset.
