About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated General Manager – HR & Operations to lead our HR and operational functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent decision-making skills, and the capability to efficiently manage the company's overall workflow and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall workflow and business operations of the company.
- Lead and supervise the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with leadership to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Manage employee performance, engagement, and workforce planning.




- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR & Operations management.
- Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Smart, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end business operations.
