Role Description
The Team Leader Real Estate role at Spiti Lifespace is a full-time, on-site position based in Borivali. The Team Leader will oversee a sales team, set daily and weekly targets, and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, managing lead distribution, guiding client interactions, and supporting negotiations to close transactions. The role involves coordinating site visits,



maintaining strong relationships with developers, tracking project inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation for each deal. The Team Leader will collaborate with management on sales strategies, report on pipeline and market trends, and uphold high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, with prior responsibility for leading or supervising a sales team.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value property transactions.
