Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing expense reports, maintaining records, drafting correspondence, and handling phone and email communication on behalf of leadership.



The role involves supporting executives with presentations, basic documentation, and follow-up on action items, as well as liaising with internal teams and external partners. The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and office coordination skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
