Job Posting Title: Analyst,Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work rotational hours APJ, US, EMEA
- Support and maintain all incoming MDG requests
- Complete assigned daily requests in line with the defined SLA
- Handle customer escalations carry out root cause analysis on escalations with effective response times
- Analyze complex and disparate sets of data to make timely fact-based decisions and recommendations
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs
- Assist in preparing significant KPIs
- Provide End of Quarter support aligning with key business units EOQ support structures
- Participate in regular team forums providing process improvement ideas and possible group training opportunities
- Prepare and deliver clear and well-organized presentations to stakeholders/team/leadership
- Good team player with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and fellow team members driving collaborative activities to achieve results




- Performs other duties as required

Mandatory Skills
- Content Management, Product Catalog Experience
- Master data management background , Support Experience, Working experience in Sales and/or Marketing domain
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities, Stake holder management & engagement skills & real-time problem-solving skill

Essential Requirements:
- Strong English and local language spoken and written
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills
- Self-initiation and creative thinking
- Excel and PowerPoint
- High sense of urgency

Desirable Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- SQL experience a plus but not required

Qualifications:
- Any Degree excluding B.Tech
