About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Marketing Performance Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, account growth, and performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage and scale digital accounts to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through continuous analysis.
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website performance audits.
- Collaborate with content, design, product,



and development teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement data-backed marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and search engine algorithm updates.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing. (MUST)
- Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
- Experience in account growth/account boosting and digital campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of conversion optimization and marketing funnels.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
