Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice – Trainee to join our Finance team. As a key member of our department,



you will gain hands-on experience in finance functions while assisting with day-to-day tasks. You will work closely with our finance teams to learn and contribute to financial accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting activities

Your role at Baxter:
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and budgets.
- Participate in monthly business reviews and assist with presentation preparation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities in coordination with the Controllership teams.
- Prepare and review financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Help ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting within ERP systems.
- Provide support for ad hoc analysis related to sales, expenses, or accounting adjustments.
- Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and accounting teams) to collect essential financial data.

- Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
