Ever wondered what it takes to pull off a high-performing ad shoot from start to finish?

At Maviks House, you'll get a front-row seat to the world of content production. From coordinating creators and planning shoots to being on set and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, you'll experience what goes on behind the scenes of campaigns that millions of people watch.

This is a hands-on internship where you'll learn by doing, take ownership, and work alongside experienced creatives and production professionals.

What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and executing commercial and UGC shoots.
- Work closely with the Senior Production Manager on day-to-day production activities.
- Coordinate with creators, scriptwriters, editors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Plan shoot schedules, timelines, call sheets, and production calendars.
- Book travel, accommodation (Airbnb/Hotels), and transportation for shoots.
- Organize props,



locations, equipment, and production resources.
- Manage production trackers, documentation, and project updates.
- Handle production-related emails, follow-ups, and team coordination.
- Support on-ground shoot execution and ensure seamless operations.
- Help manage invoices, vendor coordination, and production logistics.
- Learn how creative campaigns move from concept to final delivery.

Who We're Looking For
- Students or recent graduates passionate about content, media, production, or marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and making things happen.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work on-site and travel for shoots whenever required.
