Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and platforms.
- Build tools and frameworks to automate development, testing, deployment, and service management.
- Plan, develop, and maintain distributed software systems using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
- Enhance existing software and learning platforms to support scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement automated remediation.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing processes, and software functionality.
- Work closely with Product Managers and UX teams to deliver innovative product features.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration (CI).

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.




- Strong programming experience in
Java, Python, and C++
.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of scripting and test automation.
- Experience in web-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with software design, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
- Knowledge of
Spring MVC
,
Wicket
, and
GWT
frameworks.
- Experience with
HTML5
,
CSS3
, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
