About the role:
- Own enterprise-wide implementation leadership for the GSQ Global Capability Model across priority functions, processes, and locations in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Convert GSQ and enterprise GCM strategy into cross-functional implementation plans, deployment waves, governance, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure successful transition, stabilization, and scaling of work into GCCs with measurable outcomes across service, quality, compliance, cost, and sustainability.
- Act as the strategic leader for GSQ GCM implementation, serving as GSQ’s senior implementation authority for deployment readiness, sequencing, escalation, and execution risk management.
How you will contribute:




- Own end-to-end implementation leadership of the GSQ GCM roadmap, including mobilization, transition planning, execution, stabilization, and scaling.
- Serve as the central GSQ lead for execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, resolving implementation barriers, and driving adoption of the GCM model.
- Translate GCM priorities into structured implementation plans with defined milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across GSQ, Global GCM, Finance, HR, site leadership, and partner functions.
- Oversee deployment readiness, transition governance, issue resolution, and escalation management across implementation waves.
- Lead go/no-go readiness decisions, escalation pathways, and implementation trade-off discussions balancing speed, quality, compliance, service continuity, and long-term sustainability.
