Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Sales & Business Development

Develop and maintain relationships with Government Medical Colleges, AIIMS, State Medical Universities, Corporate Hospitals, and Research Institutes.

Identify recent business opportunities and generate sales leads.

Meet sales targets and prepare monthly sales reports.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians, biomedical engineers, and purchase committees.

2. Tender Management

Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, HITES, and other government e-procurement websites.

Analyze tender specifications and prepare bid eligibility documents.

Coordinate preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids.

Follow up on bid evaluations, clarifications, and purchase orders.

Maintain records of EMDs, PBGs, warranty obligations, and contractual documentation.

3. Technical Support

Understand product specifications and provide technical guidance to customers.

Assist in preparing technical compliance statements and comparison sheets.

Support installation,



commissioning, demonstrations, and user training.

Coordinate with service engineers for warranty and after-sales support.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with doctors, HODs, biomedical engineers, purchase officers, and hospital administrators.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.

5. Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and tender activity.

Identify upcoming projects and procurement plans.

Maintain a database of key customers and decision-makers.

6. Documentation & Coordination

Coordinate with manufacturers for quotations, catalogues, authorization letters, and compliance documents.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and comparative statements.

Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts.
