Production Supervisor (Stabilizer & DUPS)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor at Vguard Consumer Products ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of V-Guard Industries Limited) to manage assembly line operations for Stabilizers and DUPS. The role involves achieving production targets, manpower planning, line balancing, quality compliance, and driving productivity improvements on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily assembly line operations and ensure production target achievement.
- Manage manpower, shift allocation, and line balancing.
- Monitor productivity, quality, WIP, inventory, and BOM compliance.




- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, OEE/OLE.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Stores teams.
- Maintain production reports and dashboards using MS Office.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, E&C;, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-4 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Assembly Line Production.
- Experience in UPS, Stabilizer, Inverter, Consumer Electronics, or Electrical Manufacturing preferred.
