Job Title: Data Analyst Growth & Business Analytics (Udemy India)

About the Role

Entri is partnered with Udemy to build and scale their India consumer business. We're looking for a Data Analyst who can do more than just pull data. Someone who can identify what questions to ask, find the answers in data, and recommend what to do next.

This is a high-ownership role on a small, quick-moving team. You'll report directly to the Vice President and work with business and product stakeholders across Entri and Udemy to drive decisions on acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization for Udemy's India B2C business.

What You'll Do
- Navigate Udemy's global data stack (Databricks) to build India-specific views across payments, product, and marketing data, largely from scratch
- Design and analyze A/B experiments across pricing,



product flows, and marketing to measure impact and drive decisions
- Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to understand user behavior and identify leverage points
- Build LTV models to evaluate trade-offs for any experiments being performed
- Independently identify business problems in the data before they're flagged by stakeholders
- Go beyond insight to recommendation — if you find a problem, bring a hypothesis for how to fix it and a proposal for how to test it
- Work with global Udemy data teams (payments, product, marketing, etc.) to get access, understand schemas, and build India-specific analytical frameworks
- Support occasional reporting and dashboard needs, but expect this to be a small fraction of the role

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in a consumer internet, edtech, gaming, OTT, fintech, or subscription-based B2C company
- Strong SQL
