Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. The role involves maintaining and updating HR records, supporting performance management activities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local regulations. The specialist will coordinate employee advantages,



assist in resolving employee queries, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with leadership on HR initiatives, preparing HR reports, and supporting training and engagement programs.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including drafting, implementing, and maintaining policy documentation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Benefits administration, including coordination of compensation, leave, and other employee programs.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including handling employee queries, supporting performance processes, and fostering employee engagement.
