- Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative concept designs and high-quality 3D visualizations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and V-Ray, ensuring designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, and technically feasible.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation to support seamless project execution.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, translating them into practical and innovative design solutions.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, 3D renders, material palettes, and space planning layouts to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Coordinate with vendors, site engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements, monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design quality.




- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Support procurement by assisting in material selection, vendor coordination, and cost optimization wherever required.
