We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketer. This role combines influencer marketing, customer communication, and operational coordination to help strengthen Algomill's brand presence and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and business teams to identify and engage creators, coordinate campaigns, manage influencer interactions, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

● Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and affiliates across social media platforms.

● Build and maintain an organized influencer database.

● Evaluate influencers based on relevance, engagement, audience quality, and authenticity.

● Conduct influencer outreach and manage ongoing communication.

● Coordinate campaign timelines, content briefs, approvals, and deliverables.

● Review content and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.

● Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.





● Monitor competitor campaigns and emerging creator trends.

● Leverage AI tools for influencer research, outreach, campaign planning, and reporting.

Skills Required

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

● Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

● Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

● Strong research, coordination, and analytical skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

● Min. 1 year experience in customer support for international clients.
